The day will comprise largely open discussion but topics will include:
- composition, performance and research assessment - REF2014 (‘originality’, significance’, ‘rigour’, ‘effective sharing’) and the Stern review
- summaries of RMA Practice as Research group discussions so far;
- discussion of AHRC funding and the Music Composition as Interdisciplinary network;
- how should the RMA support PaR?
