We are delighted to announce the joint winners of the RMA Research Student Conference 2022 Paper Award:

• Ellen Stokes (University of Huddersfield) won for her paper on “‘Ballettmusik bzw. Serenata’: Assessing issues of musical genre in the light of Antonio Salieri’s instrumental manuscripts”.

• Luigi Monteanni (SOAS) won for his paper entitled “The cable is not the music: learning to listen to the material world”.
