Study Day: The Critical Editing of Early Music: Techniques and Challenges
2026 marks 125 years since the founding of the Purcell Society and 75 years since the publication of the first volumes of Musica Britannica. To celebrate these significant anniversaries, we have joined together to offer a study day, ‘The Critical Editing of Early Music: Techniques and Challenges’, which will take place at the British Library in London from 10.00–17.00 on Tuesday 19 May 2026.
